“What it is is really a one stop shop looking and homeowners and auto insurance products.” TDI’s Jerry Hagins says the web site was mandated by the legislature to encourage people to shop around and encourage insurance companies to lower rates because of increased competition. You type in some basic information and the web site will not only come up with prices from all kinds of companies but financial information on those companies too.
