Two Texas men are charged in federal court in Minneapolis with illegally possessing Molotov cocktails. Police say the men planned to target law enforcement during the Republican National Convention. David Guy McKay and Bradley Neil Crowder, both of Austin, are also each charged with one count of possession of unregistered firearms.
